Baby hiccups! Have you felt them?

If i had to describe it, it feels like a light twitch or pulse in the uterus. It’s been happening more and more often since about 30 weeks so I wanted to see if it’s happening to other mamas!

When I was pregnant with my son, he had the hiccups at least a dozen times a day. This pregnancy I haven’t felt them at all, but I’m thankful because this one is so, so, SO incredibly active, I’m not sure I’d get any sleep if this one got the hiccups too. 😂 I loved when my son got the hiccups too because it was easier for family and friends to feel him move since he didn’t kick much. Towards the end of the pregnancy, you could literally see my belly jiggle every five to ten seconds for several minutes when he had the hiccups.

I don’t think I ever felt hiccups with my first. I had an anterior placenta with him and he just wasn’t a super active baby. This time around though, I’m pretty sure I felt hiccups just the other day! Basically exactly like you described, small rhythmic twitches.

I havent felt them this pregnancy yet but with my first boy I did all the time

My little guy gets them 2-3 times a day! And now that he’s bigger it makes my whole belly jump!

I am 32 weeks and ever since about 30 weeks I feel them everyday. From what I’ve noticed, she gets hiccups everyday, twice a day😄

She sometimes gets daddy's hiccups. When he gets hiccups they last for HOURS. One time when he was little he had hiccups for a whole day and was in tears. They scare the crap out of him now. I tell him when she gets hiccups and he just solemly says "poor thing..." 🤣

I haven't yet with this baby but my last baby girl got them all the time! You could see my belly moving everytime she got them lol

I haven’t felt them this time. My last pregnancy my daughter had them 4ish times a day and I felt them so perfectly! I’m thinking I haven’t felt them this time because of my anterior placenta!
