SO FRUSTRATED 😖😖😖

How unfair is it for you to come off BC after years of taking it and to have horrible irregular 80+ day cycles and everyone just tell you “it could take a year just wait”. I’m 6 months in

and have had two periods since stopping and I’m just so pissed off. Just started temping this cycle and my chart looks like the Rocky Mountains. I hate this and I’m convinced I have a ton of stuff wrong with me. 49 day cycle then an 80 day cycle no on cycle day 40 with no period after stopping BC. UGHHHHHHH
