Dads crappy girlfriend

Ladies I just had the gastric sleeve done on Tuesday. I had really bad complications. Blood loss, a second surgery, blood transfusions, loss of sight at one point and 24 hour care after. I’m doing much better now. I don’t have service and asked my caretaker to call my dad with an update. His girlfriend picked up. Caretaker asked for my dad by name. Girlfriend said who is this? Caretaker states her name. Girlfriend says wrong number and hangs up. I was so embarrassed when I heard this. He has a right to know my current status when I call with out his girlfriend being jealous of an unknown woman calling. During Christmas she tossed away a Philosophy beauty kit I sent her because she said she didn’t know what it was. I sent it directly to her with a card. He got mad at me an mailed the set back to me open and thrown in a box claiming I was upset for no reason. We’ve since made up but I’m over her behavior. Who should I talk to about this, him or her?
