I've never slept on my stomach because my neck KILLS if I try. However, it's perfectly safe to sleep on your stomach until it becomes uncomfortable. 😊

With my first my dr said around 20 weeks or when it gets uncomfortable, whichever comes first!

By 13w I was uncomfortable I have to sleep on my side/stomach lol not directly on my stomach 😭😭👎
