Worried

I’m 28 weeks and 15 and pregnant. My moms a drug user (cocaine) and our house was awful. There was mold all over my window, and all over the ceiling of the bathroom. I was recently taken out of my moms care today because of her issues and I’m so so stressed. I don’t know if stress can cause baby to drop sooner or what it looks like but it feels like he’s sitting down low like when I walk it feels like he’s on my pelvis area ? And when I went to the bathroom there was a bit of blood but I couldn’t tell if I just hurt myself or it meant something. I’m so scared
