Feet swollen at 22 weeks?

The other days I went hospital cause my pressure was 158/121 and when I went and she check me only once it had went down she never check me again just once and Sent me home and now today my feet are swollen and I am really scared about having preeclampsia cause I had it with my first kid and this is my second anyone else have feet swollen at 22 weeks and also my face as swollen cause my glasses never marked my face like the clear part that goes by your nose and now it do
