Wine...other alcohol?

Do any of you ladies drink wine or other alcohol while breastfeeding? I drink wine and feel so guilty afterwards but I be needing a glass or two here and there😩

I drink wine and breastfeed. No guilt anymore. I’ve read so much about how little alcohol ends up in your milk I don’t feel it’s unsafe at all. My baby progresses just fine 💪🏽

When i was breastfeeding my lactation consultant told me to feed my baby then have a drink. So then the alcohol won’t even be an issue when baby feeds a few hours later.

I do 🙋🏻‍♀️ I did my research and it'll just make them sleepy, which isn't a bad thing. Ans that's if you consume alot.
