Does dr call after looking at ultrasound?

Had my 20 week scan on Tuesday. Does the dr call and let me know that everything is okay? Or not until my next appointment?

Usually you’d see the dr right after / during the same appt

My doctor said if everything is good then they won't call, they'll just wait till my next appointment to discuss everything with me. They will call if it's something abnormal though.

My dr never called with good/bad results. I’m guessing they only called when bad. 
I know my new dr only calls if something is abnormal. Just did my genetics test today so we will see

I called my doctor and I had a echogenic focus so I wouldn't have known for another week at my doctor's appointment had I not called.

My OB went over everything at the appointment when everything was fine. When it wasn’t good the tech had the radiologist come in to talk to us.  She is the one who told us.

My doctor didn’t call, I found out that everything was okay at my following appointment which was four weeks after it!

My doctors office told me they'd call me ONLY if something was wrong, and anything else could wait until my next appointment.
