I don’t tell my parents anything

Since I have to keep a lot of secrets through out my life like being trans in this house and other things I don’t tell them anything I don’t know what to do if I get something that required you to go to a hospital and my mindset doesn’t recognise how you do a thing and a thing happens like since I have a fast metabolism if I eat a lot I don’t see anything happen
