If you are a first time pregnant mom, will you celebrate Mother’s Day?

It’s amazing how many women don’t feel they should celebrate because their children aren’t here yet.  We are all carrying these wonderful blessings in our wombs and we are mothers.
I don’t think we should count ourselves out just because our children aren’t here.  There are a lot of mothers who have lost their children and still deserves to be celebrated.

I know my husband will do something. He says I'm a mother already for carrying his babies. 
November of 2017 we had a miscarraige and when mothers day rolled around in may he bought me flowers and said I was still a mom and deserved to be celebrated.

in my opinion, mother’s day is a day you celebrate with your children. so i don’t consider myself a mother yet since she isn’t here with us. 
i’m also the monster who doesn’t celebrate mother’s day just because i have a dog. so maybe i’m just not normal 🤷🏼‍♀️

My boyfriend said he wanted to do something/give me something to show he appreciates me doing what I’ve been doing and carrying his baby boy for these past 8 months. Don’t really count it as ‘celebrating’ won’t start until next year though 😊

My baby shower is that day so yes will be celebrating. But not only me, the mothers around me. She’s not here yet but I consider myself a mom.

I only chose no because I work in a kitchen. And for Mother's Day it is one of the busiest days of the year, therefore I will be there open to close no exceptions. I will be working instead of celebrating😂 But I do think that all other FTM's should embrace and celebrate new motherhood if they are able to this weekend!

I commented yes because I did when I was a FTM. My husband got me a spring float for days when we went to the pool for my first Mother’s Day gift. It was the perfect thing to get me to July 19th!
