Which dating is more accurate? Lmp or day of ovulation?

My cycles are short so according to my LMP I’m 4 weeks 6 days but according to ovulation (I temped and tracked) I’m 5 weeks 3 days. It might not seem like a big difference but wondering which is more accurate?

If you know exactly when you ovulated then go by that day. 
But once they do a dating ultrasound for you they will measure the baby and give you a better edd:) 
My baby measured exactly by my ovulation day.
