What would you have done?

I just saw a story where this women looked 30 weeks pregnant but she went in to the doctor and they said she was only 6 weeks. The problem was she had an ovarian cyst that was rapidly growing and she had to have it removed to save the baby. She wanted to wait till the baby was 11 weeks to remove it. At 10 weeks the baby had passed away. They had to remove one of her ovaries but the other one was fine and she was still fertile. If that was you what would you have done?
