BC Implant

Finally decided to do the nexplanon implant! I’ve been on the combo pill for over 2 years and after looking into it I think this is a good choice.

I’m planning on asking my dr some questions as well but I’d love to hear your personal stories/opinions on this!!!

-did you period go away/lessen and how long did that take?

-do you let your man come in you? (I know it’s the most effective bc but just wanna hear if other people do this too 😬😬)

-how long did it take after you got it out to conceive?

-can certain meds effect how useful this is? (I know it’s the case for the combo pill I’m on right now)

My SO is totally onboard with this but he wondered some of these things too. We just started being sexually active not too long ago and he hatesssss using condoms (no std’s/sti’s so we’re good there!!) and I heard that a lot of people can come inside if they have the implant and not have to stress about possible pregnancy🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
