When did you start using a pregnancy pillow ?

Currently 4 w 4 days and struggling with sleep. (Waking up with arm cramps past two days )

With my first I got one around 20 weeks. With my second I already had a pillow so I pulled it out and started using it really early on. Around 14 weeks I invested in a better pillow because I had been super cheap the first time around and kinda hated the one I picked. No regrets.

With my first it was the end of the 2nd tri but this is our second and I think I’m going to be busting the pillow out soon. I’m still in the 1st tri but so uncomfortable again.
