20 weeks and bleeding, please read!

I am so worried!! Back in 2017 I was pregnant with my baby girl, well I started bleeding at 12 weeks and it kept getting worse and worse, at 15 weeks my water broke.....the doctor put me on bed rest and monitored me, well the bleeding turned in to softball size blood clots all day long to the point where I needed to be hospitalized and have blood transfusions, through all of this baby way still doing good!! Strong heart beat and growing. At 19 weeks 2 days they decided I needed to be induced or I was going to die, I wasn’t clotting anymore and losing too much blood... after a 15 hour labor I delivered my little angel, she was born sleeping. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to go through, completely devastated!! They never figured out why all that happened...Fast forward to now, I am 20 weeks pregnant with a little boy, my rainbow baby! I am considered high risk and have seen MFM every two weeks, everything has been going good besides some contractions. My regular ob/gyn wanted me on makena (progesterone shots) starting at 16 weeks, MFM wasn’t on board for some reason and it has had me very angry, well today I went to the bathroom and I was bleeding! I rushed to my doctor and baby is still ok, once again no explanation for the bleeding!! I see MFM tomorrow in hopes I’ll start getting the shots and have my anatomy scan, I am so worried and sick to my stomach, all I can think is what I went through with my daughter. I don’t want that heartbreak again, it was so hard! 😰😰 sorry it’s such a long post, thanks for reading.

Update: I had my anatomy scan today and everything was perfect! My little boy is growing perfectly, I am so relieved! They also have decided to finally put me on the progesterone shots, thank goodness!!
