Is this ovulation blood? TMI photo

I’ve never had this before. Ive had some cramps for a week, I actually went to the doc to make sure I didn’t have a bladder or yeast infection which I was in the clear. Today I got a positive ovulation test and then I just saw this. Nothing when I wipe or anything. Could this be ovulation sporting or something else?
