Help please!!!!
Okay, so, my period started about a week late. Normally, I wouldn't mind this. But this Saturday, I'm testing for my black belt; so I have to wear all white!!
Does anybody have any tips on how to deal with this? The catch is that I can't use a tampon. I'm so stressed 😫😫😫😫
