Spontaneous lactation

I was wondering why nipples were so cold only to find out they were wet, and it was coming from me.

This started yesterday, has been happening kind of randomly, and I even woke up to a stain of it on the sheets. My period ended two days ago, so I'm not pregnant, but there was a little confusion with it because there was two weeks of spotting leading up to it, which has never happened before.

I'm just confused, and, if I'm being honest, a little scared. This has happened once before but only a few drops came out and then it was over. With this one I'm on the verge of sticking bandages on them to keep my shirts dry.

Could it be because of my birth control? I'm on Cyred EQ, and have been on it for several months without any issues.
