Horrible smelling farts but no bm
My LO is breast and bottle fed and for the past 3 days has not had a bowel movement but can stink up the room with his farts. I ready that breast milk babies can go up to 5 days without having a bm but he seems so uncomfortable and cries everyday from 3:30-5pm on and off. I have tried gripe water but it isn’t helping. Any suggestions for me to get him to go to the bathroom and reduce his gas?
