Can using summer's eve body wash give me a UTI?😩

My down there is very sensitive... I'm allergic to a lot of soaps. My cousin was saying that her and her mom use summer's eve to keep their pH balanced so I was like good idea!! So my mom bought me some and I used it for the first time today.. every time I go pee now it burns SO bad and it feels like I have to push it out. Ive had UTI's before and this feels like the start to one. But I've also only drank 2 bottles of water today and sometimes that makes me burn when I pee too.. is that weird?😬

I'm just trying to figure out which thing I'm suffering from😓
