VERY IRREGULAR CYCLE WTF !!

Currently TTC. March 7th was my last period. Had pink discharge and spotting yesterday and the day before only for a couple hours then it stops. I do not really track ovulation besides physical symptoms. Tested yesterday and got the bottom results. What yall think ? Am I ovulating ? Is this a VFL ? Is this an indent line ? BFN ?
