Need someone to talk to

Been trying to conceive for 16 months now, I have PCOS was diagnosed after I had my daughter 5 years ago, it's been a tough week, I found out my husbands brother has got his 3rd girl pregnant after 3 weeks of being together ( he has 2 kids he doesn't bother with). I still had hope though as I was 22 days late, till this morning AF showed up to kick me down even further, I'm at my breaking point with it, im tired of the constant negatives, maybe it's time I give up. Someone please tell me it's all worth it .
