Crotch lightening
FTM I’m 39 weeks pregnant, had an appointment Wednesday where I found out I was 1cm dilated, today though I been getting crotch lightening literally one after the other back to back for the past 30 min! No leaking or discharge or contractions just some back aches and those sharp shooting pains down my vagina my baby is moving like crazy , is this normal?? Any tips on how to ease it?
