3rd miscarriage...

I have had two miscarriages in the past 2 years, I never tried to get pregnant it just kinda happened and I just found out I was pregnant again May 2nd I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow. I have been going to the doctor to get my hormones checked and my doctor called today and told me that my HCG has dropped significantly which means that I have already miscarried I just haven’t bled yet. She said that it wasn’t my progesterone so we are going to follow my hcg down to zero and she is going to do a work up panel and hopefully we can figure out what’s causing this. Because something isn’t right. I’m 20 and healthy and I just feel like something is wrong with me. I’m a total mess right now I don’t know how to process losing another baby. If anyone has word of encouragement or advice I would greatly appreciate it. Please pray that I can figure out what’s going on. I’m sorry for anyone else that has gone through this or worse.
