5 day old constant nursing 😩

I didn’t succeed at nursing my first son and ended up pumping for him so I’m not sure.

My newborn son is only five days old and LIVES on my boobs. He only want to nurse all day and night or be physically touching me or on me when sleeping. he will nurse for 15, 30 minutes to an hour, sleep for an hour maybe, and back on. I can’t put him down in his bassinet for more than 10 seconds or he starts crying then wants the boob. If I accidentally wake him he wants to eat immediately!

Im ok with the feeding because I’ve expected it but the not being able to put him in his own place when sleeping is really hard. I can barely get up to go pee. What can I do to get him to sleep on his own or at least relax in his bassinet when not nursing? Or is this normal too?
