Super easy tip to boost nutrition!

My little is kind of funny about food so I’m always looking for ways to boost the nutritional value of what he is eating. I’ve noticed he can’t even tell when I add hemp hearts to his food and they are sooo good for you. So anytime he’s eating something semi liquidy I’ll add a spoonful. He looooves Greek yogurt and apple sauce so these are foods he normally has with hemp hearts.

Just thought I’d pass along in case there are other picky eaters and worries mamas out there
