He’s very expressive and babbles all the time. He uses a handful of sign language that I’m worried he’s become too dependent on instead of trying to say words. He says dada all the time but he doesn’t seem to direct it at my husband. He says woof woof when we ask him what a dog says. He says “aye” when he waves bye. And that’s pretty much it. He listens to commands and will communicate with sign language and hes hit everything else developmentally but he just doesn’t use words 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ the doctor said at his 12 month check up that he should have had a handful of words down.... still at 14 months hes not getting it, a little worried.

** I also am a stay at home mom so it’s just me and him all day so he definitely doesn’t get the exposure that a daycare kid would. I would love to be able to afford to put him in a class where he can develop better communication skills, I just can’t afford it
