Rainbow baby is ok

So this morning I went to the restroom and I was spotting. It looked pink & creamy getting lighter and lighter eventually disappearing the more I wiped. I couldn’t stay off of google looking for reassurance which made my nerves even more bad everything said miscarriage. I had a previous miscarriage at this same exact point in pregnancy. I already had an appointment for 1 today and thank God the baby is fine hb is 159. I was shocked I had a feeling there wouldn’t be anything there like last time but so far so good.
