Hey ladies I am currently 38wks 6 days will be 39 tomorrow I went to a doctors appointment today and they checked my cervix to see if I have dilated I have not opened up yet 😣😖ladies I need tips can I help dilate at home send me your feedback please I’m already nervous and they told me if I don’t have the baby by the 15th which is next wed they will insert a balloon to help dilate if that is not successful they will induce me 😰
