Nexplanon.. what????!

Okay y’all.. so this is the second Nexplanon. I had my first one for three years, no issues. No period, no bleeding at all up until the last 6 months I had it. And I bled MAYBE 3 times in those last 6 months. I attributed the bleeding to stress at the time, because I was SUPER stressed out those few times I bled, plus it was towards the end so I figured the hormones might have been low, whatever. Ya know? WELL, I had my second implant inserted in January of this year and I’ve already bled 3 or 4 times since. And every single time it’s very sporadic, no warning signs or anything. And I cramp something horrible, and am constantly passing clots; like every time I go to the bathroom. I’m just curious if anyone else has had this issue or anything similar happen?

Side note: when I had a normal period before birth control I never cramped, and my cycle was always 5 days, and it was just always very predictable. With this, I never know when it’s gonna happen, or IF it will, it’s just random. I might bleed for 3 days, stop for a day or two, then bleed for 3 more days.. I’m not sure if I should be concerned, or if my body is still adjusting to the new implant..? (But it’s been 4 months- I would assume it should be adjusted by now😅😅😅)
