Anxious about anxiety

Over the last few months I’ve been feeling different from my regular self and I started to wonder if it was anxiety. As I’ve learned a little bit about it in school and looked further into why it was and it’s symptoms, I think I might have anxiety. I wanna ask for help so I can cope with it or see if there’s another possible reason but I don’t know how to tell anyone because I’m too anxious to tell anybody that I’m always aNxIoUs!

What do I do?
