Develop allergies/hives during pregnancy?

Question

I have no known allergies. Have never experienced anything like this. Today I had a burger the only ingredient I normally dont eat is jalapenos. Took one bite n took out the rest. Had an ice cream a few mins after. And started to feel itching in my tigh area. When I got home this is what I found...any ideas? Should I be concerned?  Have a few other randoms throughout my body but this was the most "severe" area.

With my 3rd I started getting hives couldn't figur eoyt what was up. Called ob saus doesn't sound pregnancy related so I had to call family doc. Made an appointment told him everything I could think of he didn't know. Made app with allergy doc shae took one look "it's your hormones some women just break out in hives when pregnant. Until your hormones get back in check there really isn't anything we can do but manage symptoms."  😏 so I felt with hives for months until I had an unexpected complication and had to stop breastfeeding.  Then everything went back to normal.

I got the same kinda looking rash and doc had me put cortisone cream 1% on it 3x a day it eventually went away. But really annoying

I’d start keeping a food diary and also writing down when you have the rash.  I have prurigo of pregnancy (basically my immune system totally overreacting) and when keeping track, I realized it was much worse after eating dairy.
