Will my son be taken??

So my boyfriend was smoking weed outside and I was just sitting next to him. He took a big rip from the bong and right as he started blowing it out (away from me) the wind gently started blowing and it all went to my face and I was yawning at the same time! (It was morning) and I breathed it in and started coughing. I didn’t think anything of it and was annoyed and moved to the front of him more and after a little while I noticed I may have gotten a contact high?? I smoked a lot before pregnancy but haven’t since finding out. I’m 39+4 days and it has me freaked out that he may be taken from me if I give birth now??? I live in a state where it is medically legal and I use to have my card. (I let it expire after finding out I was pregnant)

I’m so upset about it :( after stopping for my baby I feel like that all went down the drain because I sat next to my boyfriend while he smoked. But normally I wouldn’t even smell it since he always blew it away from me.
