It's so hard

So I just lost my pregnancy due to it being ectopic. Every emotion is going through my head. Trying to heal physically because I had to have surgery because of internal bleeding and they had to remove that fallopian tube. Mentally I'm trying to heal from the loss of the baby, part of my fertility and what this means for the future. I'm heartbroken and hurt. This is my 5th pregnancy with one special little girl who keeps me going everyday. I'm truly blessed to have her. I know it's going to take time to heal but it is so hard!! I feel devastated because everything seemed like it was going so well. It's so hard where do I go from here
