I personally didn’t count it or celebrate it for myself. Not til the year after when my son was with us. It’s up to the person. Preference I guess.

I say yes because mother's day is to appreciate all the things that mother's do for their children and pregnancy is tough and is a part of that care

Youre biologically still a mother. So you can technically celebrate it if you want. I mean its up to you if you count your unborn child or not. I did and am pregnant with #2 and my husband said he and BOTH the babies got me something. Lol he said he doeant feel bad signing our son's name he calls it "womb proxy" lol. 😊 I love that he's so charming he signed for our daughter to my mother's day card last year too.
