Does this mean I was having contractions?

This wasn’t baby’s heartbeat. I don’t know what that line was for, but I have weekly NSTs now. The nurse didn’t say anything about it. I have felt crampy this last week, but not like I was having contractions. This is my second baby. I didn’t think I was actually in labor with my first when I was, so maybe I’m just really bad at reading my body lol. I’m 35 weeks

That's either you moving or accidentally pressing on the monitor or baby kicking the monitor, a contraction would look like a bell shaped curve

It’s most likely you moving or touching the monitor. Contractions don’t look like that.

Not a real one. More likely the baby moved and it made a movement in your uterus. Real contractions will look like mountains or rolling hills
