Feel like he’s going to fall out??

I’m 31 weeks and ultrasound has shown that he is head down. For the past few days all at random times it feels like he is burrowing down into my vagina! I haven’t had any symptoms of labor and this is my second baby so I think I would recognize them if I had any. Does anyone know what this is? It feels like a lot of pressure and literally feels like his head is in my vagina for a few minutes at a time. After a minute or two it stops but it’s freaking me out!

Also don’t know if it’s related or not but earlier today I sneezed (while sitting down) and my lady parts felt like they were going to rip! The pain went away after a few minutes but I’ve just never had any of this happen before. Anyone else experience any of this or know what it means?
