Breast lift, tape, surgery

Just want to know a few things

Who has had a breast lift only surgery, and who did the lift with implant? From what I'm reading, it seems like most do an implant. What was your experience witht the surgery? Good/bad outcomes? Recovery time? I have small boobs after 3 kids, but don't necessarily want to have an implant. I still want it to look natural, just want my boobs up a little more, not so saggy 🤣🤣

And...how many of you have tried the boob lift tape? Does it work? Stay on, even with sweat? Recommendations for brands?
