Am I the only one who is absolutely terrified of having sex after giving birth?

I'm 3 weeks PP with my first child, she was only 5lbs 3oz I was 37 weeks when they induced me, I had no tearing just some brush burns and I plan on waiting til my doctor gives me the all clear but the closer I get to that PP check up appointment the more anxious I get, I mean I really want to do it with my hubby cause its definitely been a while but I'm so scared its gonna hurt really bad.... anyone else feeling this way? Any advice?

Either it feels good and it’s a win, or it doesn’t and you take a break for another few weeks. No need to be scared,
. Talk to your hubby and tell him how you feel, how scary it is. Let him go really slow and if anything feels bad just stop it right there. Tell him ahead of time you won’t be able to go through with it if it’s hurting. I’m Sure he’ll understand.

I’m right there with you. I had c sections with both my deliveries and we just go slow after we’re cleared at 6 weeks. Plus we’re both usually too tired

I was scared with my first. I had a second degree tear. I waited till I was cleared. I’ll be honest it was a little tender and I was worried that was gunna b how it felt forever. But after a few times I guess he broke me back in and it stopped hurting. Just so u know if it does hurt and doesn’t go away after a few goes talk to ur doctor. Apparently they have physical therapy for your vagina to get things back to normal.
