I need positive Pregnancy Stories

So I have PCOS and it will be a challenge for me to get pregnant. I concieved in Feb but lost it in March and tried again my next cycle, which was ok'd by my doctor. Im on medication to help me (Metformin to be specific) and believe I missed my period this month ( May 9th) and felt like I was having some symptoms. My breasts are tender, been over emotional latley. I was really thinking I could be pregnant. Took a test this morning (CD 33 since I am unsure of when I ovulated this month) and it came back negative. I plan on retesting in a couple days in the chance that maybe I ovulated late. Anyone have any crazy stories about ending up pregnant?
