Problem treating yourself
Does anyone else have a problem treating themselves? I got a $50 gift card to target for Teacher Appreciation week and I was all excited because for once I was going to spend money on me. But when I got to the store I had bad anxiety and couldn’t spend the money. My boyfriends bday is coming up and I was thinking I’d spend it on him. Ugh I want to spend it on me for once but I have bad anxiety about it. Does anyone have any ideas to help me ?
