Hi Ladies. Having a meltdown moment and wondering who else has experienced being on thyroid medication for hypothyroid or Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I've been on varying levels and types of medication for this due to practically non-functioning thyroid. Not sure how long i was like this before it was discovered last year, but now that my thyroid is regulating, my female hormones are surging again (I barely had any before) and I'm emotional and easily agitated ALOT lately. Coping with lots of prayer, essential oils, and herbs. Feels like puberty all over again. Not fun. If this is how I am with "normal" amount of hormones, I'm scared of what future holds with pregnancy hormones 😳. Just finished a crying spell and feeling a bit better. I'm 35 yrs old by the way.
