One boob is better then the other

Does anyone have this issue like I do? My right side is a rock star! My son latches perfectly to it and I always produce more milk when I pump. But my left side...he always latches wrong and it’s constantly cracked and uncomfortable and I don’t get as much milk out when I pump. I’m lucky if I get an ounce. I was just wondering if I was the only the one that has a good boob and a bad boob? And what I can do to fix it?!
