i just finished my period a couple days ago but i still feel like im on it. im not getting cramps or anything but i am irratable and sluggish ect like i would feel on my period. why is this?

When you lose blood, you lose iron. Iron is in your blood to help carry oxygen. Oxygen is one of the things that gives you energy. This is also why our periods have a metal smell.
Consider taking a supplement with iron, or just iron, but do not overdose on iron. This is especially important when you have heavy flow.
