Ladies need advice.

So last month was a strange month for AF I had three occasions I have very light bleeding for 4-5 days. Come to this month I started light / spotting on the 1st continue on up to about 8th had very heavy flow with clots and just finished today. Although still light spotting when wiping.

Could it be stress? Or could it be that I did start by birth control pills again at start of last month took 28 days on and off. I’ve stopped them now because it messed me up last month.

Is my body just trying to get back to normal again.

My hubby and I are planning to start trying soon am also 36 is it too late?
