Anyone every experienced shoulder/neck spasms I started getting them at my friends house literary standing they. They hurt it’s like contractions on my shoulder/neck over & over. I couldn’t even lay on my one side. I’ve been using icy hot & heating pad and nothing. Sometimes they spasm so bad I can cry. I’ve had it rubbed it doesn’t help it just hurts.

What can I do? I don’t workout so it’s not like a pulled something but this is the second day and I wanna cry if I knew it would help. I feel like the doctors can’t do anything but at this point it’s worth calling one & seeing if they can..
