We’re not sure the sex of our 2nd child but my husband feels strongly it’s another girl (We find out for sure with blood work this week). This child will most likely be our last and my husband’s family has a tradition going back four generations where the youngest child’s middle name is “Efrain”, so regardless of the sex, we will follow the tradition. My husband is the youngest child of the youngest child, etc.

We have a boy name that we both adore but have three front runners for girl names and would love y’all’s opinions. Our first daughter is Isla Emmanuelle (last name is Hispanic and begins with a “D”.)
