Question!!!

Okay So this isn’t much about a period but i didn’t know where to post this. about 2 years ago when i shaved my vaginal area and wore tight jeans i got these, what i believe is an ingrown hair and since then i still have them but they puff up and sometimes bleed if i shave wrong and it’s also bruised/scarred. is this normal and if so how do i get rid of them?
