the doctor did a transvaginal u/s and there was only a gestational sac with no sign of a yolk sac or fetal pole.

my last period was march, 22nd-27th (periods are highly irregular so i could’ve ovulated any time) but i started bc the 27th and stopped the 3rd cause it cause it made me sick

i had withdrawal bleeding for a week but can’t remember when.

my hcg was 4,538. why so high if there’s not even a yolk sac yet?

doctor said everything was normal but i’m scared.
