Baby registry?

What is the best place to create a baby registry, is there a difference? We’re a military family so everyone is spread out so a place where family could opt to deliver to our home would be great. I know nothing about baby registry.

I did target and Amazon. You get a free baby bag filled with samples of lotions, body washes, diapers, wipes and bottles from target just for registering. And Amazon if you have prime, complete checklist and someone (or you) purchases $10 off of it you get a free box filled with stuff. Havent got the Amazon box yet so dont know what it has in it

Do one every place that has them. They all give you a free welcome bag with lots of good stuff in it. Then just tell people about one or two.
